Rebecca Reid is an author, journalist, commentator and playwright.
She is the author of the novels Perfect Liars, Truth Hurts, Two Wrongs, The Will and Seven Rules for a Perfect Marriage and the non-fiction title The Power of Rude. Her next novel, Stella is Starting Over will be published by Bloomsbury in July 2026.
As a journalist, Rebecca is a columnist for the i, and writes for the Spectator, the Times, Stylist, Glamour, Cosmopolitan and the Telegraph. She is the former digital editor of Grazia. Rebecca contributes to shows such as Woman’s Hour, the Today Program, This Morning, Good Morning Britain and Jeremy Vine. She is a regular panelist for Times Radio.
Rebecca has projects in development with Blueprint, Sony and Mainstreet Pictures. Her first original play is being produced by Fiery Angel & Kater Gordon. She has a stage adaptation in development with PW Productions. Her adaptation of Single White Female is currently on a six month tour of the UK, starring Kym Marsh and Lisa Faulkner.
