Carol is currently writing an animated sequel to her 2016 film Ballerina with Laurent Zeitoun at Good Hero with Elle Fanning’s production company and Gaumont. The first film Ballerina opened in 2016 and has been on Amazon and Netflix since then.
She has just finished a feature called L’innconnu Du Metro for UGC, directed by Charlotte Gabris
She has written the pilot for a project called The Livanos Sister with Rita Wilson and Elephant in Paris.
She is also writing her first untitled Rom-com for Camille Lorillon at UGC Paris.
She is collaborating with Dawn French on a new comedy called Angelus.
She has co-written a drama called Restauro with Kevin Childs with Perfect Day in Paris directed by Leonardo d-Antoni.
Carol Noble devised and wrote the Netflix four-part crime thriller vis Quad for TF1 in France and ZDF in Germany called THE PERFECT MOTHER.
between 2012 and 2016 Carol wrote Ballerina 1 and spent 3 years in Paris as creative co-producer supervising all aspects of the creative direction, including voice records, story boarding, design, music etc. This has inspired her to move towards writing and making her own animated projects.
During this time in Paris, working as an in-house writer for Quad films, she also co-wrote PERE NOEL, starring Tahar Rahim [2015] and also worked on script development on LE VOLCAN starring Dany Boon [2014].
In 2015 she wrote and directed THE PIXELARITY which was a series of 5 x 3-minute films for Disney/Maker studios, that aired on YouTube channels and got over 27 million views and was nominated for a Broadcast New Media award.
She is a BAFTA, RTS and BAA award winning and nominated writer for children’s animation, having worked on CHARLIE AND LOLA, BABY JAKE, TOBY’S TRAVELLING CIRCUS, LITTLE PRINCESS, POSTMAN PAT and many others.
